Structural Integration (Rolfing®) is a specialized form of bodywork that focuses on the body’s connective tissue, known as fascia. Through working with this intricate, fibrous network that supports and connects all structures of the body, Structural Integration invites greater alignment, balance, and ease of movement.
Developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf in the 1940s, this method aims to improve posture, movement efficiency, balance, and overall body awareness by reorganizing fascial patterns and refining body mechanics through movement re-education. My work is centered on guiding, coaching, and supporting an environment in which your fascia can return to balance. As this happens, movement often becomes easier, posture more organized, and long-held tensions begin to release.
While health is more than the absence of pain, many people experience greater resilience, reduced strain, and a deeper sense of spaciousness in their body. Structural Integration is more than just a “therapy.” It is a gentle invitation for your body to unwind, recalibrate, and reconnect with its natural organization — allowing you to move through life with greater strength, ease, and confidence.
The Ten Series is a powerful investment in your body’s long-term well-being. Across ten progressive sessions, structure and function are addressed layer by layer—from the surface tissues to the deepest support systems. Over time, this process fosters a more balanced, integrated body that relates more efficiently to gravity. The Ten Series gently awakens your body’s innate capacity to support you with greater ease, stability, and fficiency. The series unfolds through three superficial sessions, four core sessions, and three integration sessions.
After completing the Ten Series, you may wonder what comes next. You don’t need to repeat another Ten Series, there is so much more that can be done to support your body over the long term. This stage is an ideal time for maintenance work, whether through individual sessions or short mini-series, tailored to your evolving needs. By making Structural Integration part of your life, your body continues to adapt, integrate, and move forward with greater ease.
